YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES:
Reporting to the Technical Supervisor – Planning Maintenance, you will be part of the maintenance department at the LaRonde Mine Complex. You will ensure that objectives are met while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, the health and safety code of conduct, and the environment.
Your main responsibility will be to optimize the use of major maintenance work by applying the best practices in planning and scheduling.
More specifically, you will be called upon to
- Work, share, and exchange closely with general supervisors, supervisors, and mechanics, as well as maintenance team members;
- Plan, document, print, and close work orders;
- Create and distribute a weekly schedule based on the availability of the team’s resources;
- Ensure the proper maintenance and tracking of your sector’s planning preparations;
- Manage the kitting of planned parts;
- Participate in the improvement and optimization of the maintenance program;
- Get involved in achieving departmental objectives, the realization of key performance indicators (KPIs), and their analysis;
- Manage maintenance documentation;
- Demonstrate proactivity in the improvement and maintenance of equipment.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR YOUR SUCCESS
- Hold a college diploma in industrial maintenance or a related field, or have relevant experience in the mechanical field;
- Have good technical knowledge and demonstrate initiative;
- Be organized, rigorous, possess a good analytical mind, and demonstrate leadership;
- Have good time and priority management;
- Be autonomous and have good communication skills.
