Your Responsibilities

In your role as a Maintenance and Reliability Manager, your daily routine will be filled with stimulating challenges that will allow you to fully deploy your talent.

Your area of action:

• Manage equipment defects, breakdowns, and deviations in collaboration with the concerned teams.
• Analyze the root causes of mechanical, electrical, and operational problems to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities according to short-term operational needs.
• Implement processes, tools, and tracking mechanisms for corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the elimination of recurring breakdowns.
• Train operators and regularly communicate maintenance progress and analyses to operations.

Required Qualifications

You are naturally suited for the position of Maintenance and Reliability Manager if you recognize yourself:

• Holding a DEP or DEC in mechanical engineering combined with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or a bachelor's degree in engineering combined with internships in a manufacturing environment;
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and be autonomous;
• Demonstrate positive leadership, excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Have a good analytical, synthesis mind, and demonstrate work rigor.
• Proficiency in the Office suite and knowledge of SAP (an asset).
• Proficiency in French and an intermediate level of English, to communicate with our units and partners in Quebec, the anglophone provinces, and the United States.
