Match Retail is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Associates to represent a prestigious brand, Nespresso. What You Will Do

In your role as a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, working independently at our in-store kiosk. You will interact with customers, provide personalized product demonstrations, and ultimately inspire them to make a purchase. Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and interactive experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
• Provide expertise on luxury products and their features, offering tailored recommendations to meet each customer's needs.
• Accurately record and submit daily sales reports.
• Consider your workspace as your own: Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the kiosk, including stock management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience, ideally in a commission or target-driven environment.
• Good understanding of sales and customer service principles; formal sales training is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
• Access to a smartphone with internet connection.
• Access to a vehicle is an asset but not mandatory.
• Food safety and sanitation certification is required.
