Cotton Candy Artist – Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic Cotton Candy Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting unique treats and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role involves spinning cotton candy, decorating cotton candy cakes, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace.

Responsibilities

• Create and decorate cotton candy characters and cakes.
• Spin fresh cotton candy and serve customers with enthusiasm.
• Provide outstanding customer service and exceed guest expectations.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, following hygiene and food safety standards.
• Restock inventory and assist with supply runs when needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Experience & Skills

• Passion for creativity, food artistry, and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a positive attitude.
• Experience handling cash and POS systems (a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in food service, retail, or artistic roles (preferred but training is provided!).
