Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and

Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Day)

Salary: Up to $90,000 per year, based on your performance

Description

Olivier Ford St-Hubert is currently looking for a Technical Advisor to join its existing team!

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and gather the required information to determine the repair and maintenance needs of their vehicles;
• Sell maintenance services according to the client's needs while ensuring the quality of service to customers;
• Maintain rigorous tracking of customer files.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Advisor;
• Excellence in customer service;
• Bilingualism to be able to communicate with English-speaking clients and meet their needs;
• Good computer skills (an asset);
• Sales skills;
• Knowledge of Ford products (an important asset).
