What will you contribute to the team?
- Execute the full recruitment cycle for technical and high-volume positions
- Provide daily leadership to a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors supporting recruitment for unionized positions, fostering collaboration, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Serve as a resource person for complex cases, supporting the team in resolving particular situations and making informed decisions.
- Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies aligned with business objectives and short- and long-term workforce needs.
- Design strategic presentations to support decision-making, business reviews, and talent initiatives. Translate complex data into clear and compelling messages tailored to an executive audience.
- Plan, coordinate, and rebalance recruitment activities to effectively respond to volume fluctuations and business priorities, while maintaining a high level of service.
- Demonstrate agility in managing resources and priorities by quickly adapting strategies and action plans to fluctuations in recruitment needs.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of recruitment processes within the team, while promoting continuous improvement and the sharing of best practices.
- Analyze performance indicators, recruitment trends, and operational challenges to formulate recommendations for optimizing the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at improving processes, candidate experience, and the operational efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function.
How will you thrive in this role?
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or any related field.
- You have 8 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- You are bilingual in French and English.
- You have experience in team management.
- You have experience in the aerospace, manufacturing, and/or unionized environments (considered an asset).
- You possess strong experience in developing strategic presentations and are comfortable presenting results, issues, and recommendations to executive-level leaders.
- You have managed multiple positions in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- You have the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
- You have a strong client orientation and a sense of innovation.
- You are knowledgeable about market trends and best practices in recruitment.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
