Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Curl Colorist who is passionate about textured hair to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has professional experience working with curly hair and is confident in providing expert curly cuts, color services, and personalized consultations while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and recommend services based on clients' needs.
• Provide professional curly hair cutting, styling, treatments, and color services.
• Work with wavy, curly, and coily hair.
• Educate clients on healthy hair care routines and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive salon environment.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and recommend retail products when appropriate.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional hairstyling experience (mandatory).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience cutting and styling curly or textured hair (mandatory).
• Professional colorist experience (mandatory).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Barbering experience is an asset.

We are looking for a hair stylist/colorist passionate about textured hair to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in curly hair cuts, coloring, and hair treatments, while providing an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized consultations based on clients' needs.
• Perform specialized cuts for curly hair.
• Offer coloring, treatment, and styling services tailored to wavy, curly, and coily hair.
• Advise clients on products and best practices for hair care.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area.
• Provide warm and professional customer service.
• Participate in appointment scheduling and recommend appropriate products to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional hairstyling experience (mandatory).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cutting and styling curly or textured hair (mandatory).
• Experience as a colorist (mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge of wavy, curly, and coily hair.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team spirit, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Barbering experience is an asset.
