In this role as a Heavy Equipment Operator (Roller and/or Wheel Loader) within Pomerleau's Civil & Infrastructure team, you will work closely with all workers to ensure safe coordination and execution of work. Working on large-scale construction projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the productivity and efficiency of our projects.

What You Will Do

• Operate a wheel loader and/or roller to perform finishing and maintenance work on construction sites in the wind energy sector, for road construction, highway, or infrastructure projects;
• Adhere to safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and construction industry standards;
• Work as a team, maintain a positive and trusting work environment, collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and other trades on the site;
• Take care of and maintain the equipment;
• Perform any other tasks related to operations.
• This role is for you if you have:
• A valid CCQ Heavy Equipment Operator card
• A valid ASP Construction card and SIMDUT 2015
• A DEP Heavy Equipment Operator diploma or equivalent experience
• A valid driver's license – Class 5
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
