POSITION: Customer Service Agent

• Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the person will perform the following tasks:
• Provide efficient customer service (email/phone)
• o Answer price inquiries and inventory availability
• o Process transport cost requests
• o Communicate daily with clients and company representatives
• o Offer the product that best meets the client's needs
• Enter orders into the ERP system

o Validate the accuracy of order entry against the purchase order (codes, prices, descriptions) o Check agreements for exceptions o Calculate transport costs based on the order o Ensure inventory and location availability (sand)

• Plan transportation
• o Prepare necessary documents for shipping goods
• o Calculate transport rates according to applicable grids
• o Track delivery
• Perform various administrative and related tasks for customer service
• General Criteria:
• Essential – Perfectly bilingual
• Essential – Customer service experience preferably in the industrial sector
• Essential – Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word / Excel) and Outlook
• Essential – DES
• Asset – Experience within a large retail and distribution company and EDI
• Asset – Education or experience in transportation
• Asset – Knowledge of an ERP system
