Work Schedule

You must be available to work from Monday to Friday.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

You must be available to work on either one or both shifts.

Salary

• Base hourly rate: $23.12 to $26.12 per hour
• Evening premium: $1.50 per hour (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM)

Responsibilities

• Organize and sort merchandise accurately for loading
• Load and unload trailers using a counterbalanced forklift
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Move merchandise within the warehouse
• Comply with all health and safety requirements
• Scan products using a warehouse management system
• Identify and remove damaged products upon receipt
• Complete daily reports
• Communicate relevant information to other team members
• Apply identification labels to pallets or mark them with appropriate information
• Prepare pallets for shipment
• Use a forklift or pallet jack to transport merchandise
• Perform any other related tasks requested by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Excellent French language skills, both oral and written (mandatory)
• Warehouse experience, an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent, an asset
• Availability to work overtime if needed
• Ability to work in an un-air-conditioned environment
• Good reading ability and ability to follow instructions
• Regular, reliable, and diligent attendance is an essential requirement for the position

They will also regularly use their hands to manipulate objects, grasp, and touch them, as well as extend their arms to reach different items. The position requires regularly lifting and/or moving loads weighing up to 23 kg (50 lb) and, occasionally, loads weighing up to 45 kg (100 lb).
