Your future role

• Interpret assembly-welding plans and instructions
• Use various TIG welding tools – arc with solid stainless steel wire, TIG stainless steel and aluminum
• Use various MIG welding tools – arc with coated wire, solid wire, or solid stainless steel wire
• Use flame-cutting equipment
• Create assemblies using marking and welding
• Perform other related tasks – grinding, drilling, polishing, cutting, and punching
• Work safely

Required skills

• Diploma in assembly-welding
• Mastery in reading plans
• Knowledge of adjusting mobile machines and mechanical components – bearings, belts, and chains
• Good physical abilities
