Spray 360 is a young company specializing in exterior painting with airless spray. We give new life to houses, fences, terraces, railings, and concrete surfaces with high-quality products (Sherwin-Williams) and professional Graco equipment.

Our signature: a flawless finish that lasts. That means that attention to detail and a concern for quality count as much as speed. We are looking for reliable people who have a good appearance in their work and who have the desire to learn a real trade.

No need for 10 years of experience — fresh out of school or with a minimum of experience, that's perfect. We train our people like our own.

What you will do

• Apply airless spray paint to exterior surfaces (coating, brick, concrete, wood, metal)

Manage pressure, flow, and technique for a uniform finish, without runs or excess thickness

Protect and mask surfaces before application

Maintain and clean Graco equipment after each job

Work as a team to meet deadlines and maintain quality

The profile we are looking for: You are meticulous: a clean job is a source of pride for you

You have good dexterity and a developed sense of detail

You are comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding) — training provided

Previous experience in painting, finishing, or related trade is an asset, but not mandatory

What's important is the attitude and the desire to learn the technique

In airless spray painting, precision and control are paramount over strength. It's a trade of technique above all.

What you will do

• Prepare surfaces for painting: cleaning, sanding, grinding, scraping
• Apply primers, sealants, and repair products as needed
• Mask and protect areas not to be painted (windows, borders, landscaping)
• Set up and dismantle equipment on job sites
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times
• The profile we are looking for:
• You are organized, resourceful, and have a concern for well-done work
• You enjoy manual work and seeing a concrete result at the end of the day
• You work well in a team
• No experience required — preparation is learned on the job
• Valid driver's license = an asset
