Store Assistant Manager

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to fill the position of Store Assistant Manager on a full-time (temporary) basis.

REPORTS TO: STORE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Support the manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
• Achieve sales, inventory, and staffing goals
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Motivate, supervise, and train a team of 5 to 10 employees
• Ensure visual merchandising and transaction management

Desired Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in team management and retail sales (shoes, an asset)
• Strong leadership, customer service, and sales skills
• Ability to analyze performance and manage schedules
• Team spirit, dynamism, and flexibility
• Schedule:

Full-time position, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $18.50 to $21.00 per hour

Experience

• Team Management: 1 year (Required)
