About Cozey

At Cozey, we don't just sell furniture; we aim to enhance our clients' living spaces across Canada and the United States. Our vision is clear: to become the world leader in furniture. We value data, learning, and adaptability, ensuring our operations are as dynamic as the market we operate in. We believe in a culture where ideas are heard, respected, and implemented, and where every team member plays a crucial role in our journey.

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Ambassador to join our rapidly growing Cozey team, either part-time or full-time. As a Store Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs, providing furniture and design advice, and ensuring the visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization of the store. We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented individual eager to be part of a growing Canadian furniture start-up with high ambitions.

What You Will Do

  • Welcome and assist customers by providing furniture and design advice as needed.
  • Build trust with potential customers, leveraging our core value: customer obsession.
  • Manage customer needs and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain the store's visual merchandising, including displays, layouts, and overall design, in line with the desired aesthetic vision.
  • Ensure the store meets Cozey's standards for cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep at all times.
  • Familiarize yourself thoroughly with our products, understanding the features, benefits, and unique selling points of each item.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on new products, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Work as a team to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collect customer information, create provisional orders, and ensure timely customer follow-ups.

Your Profile

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a warm and approachable attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a well-organized and clean work environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to perform some lifting tasks (up to 50 lb / 23 kg) during store reorganizations and ability to stand for several hours.
  • Experience and/or interest in furniture, interior design, or lifestyle retail is an asset.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience, and quarterly bonus.
  • Generous paid time off.
  • Dynamic and inclusive work culture.
  • Opportunity to grow rapidly within a fast-growing start-up.

If you are ready to join us in our mission to build the best customer experience in the furniture industry and help create a world where everyone can feel at home, we would like to talk to you!
