Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Communications and Marketing Agent works closely with team members in the design of tools while ensuring the brand image of Moisson Montréal is maintained.

More specifically, the selected person will have to:

  • Design and produce various communication and marketing tools (presentations, sponsorship plans, promotional tools, corporate documents, posters, infographics, packaging, etc.)
  • Ensure the brand image is maintained internally and ensure the uniformity of communication tools
  • Manage the Canva platform, ensuring the organization of graphic resources, updating templates and visual identities, and complying with the organization's graphic standards
  • Develop and expand different types of visual identities
  • Collaborate with the events team to design the visual materials needed for events and campaigns
  • Participate in the creation of content for digital platforms
  • Assist and participate in the organization's filming
  • Create and populate the Moisson Montréal photo library
  • Collaborate with the digital communications advisor in the management of social media and Moisson Montréal's digital platforms
  • All other related tasks

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or equivalent combination of studies and experience
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge and mastery of Canva
  • Good knowledge of digital platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Knowledge of Photoshop (an asset)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French, as well as good English proficiency, to ensure content creation in both languages and effective communication with our anglophone partners.
