Description

- Ability to follow up on projects.
- Act as a technical resource for various repair, renovation, or construction projects of buildings;
- Perform the planning of plumbing and heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and architectural arrangements;
- Prepare, in part or in full, the plans, estimates, and other technical documents of the various ongoing projects and estimate their costs;
- Perform the required calculations and participate in solving problems, including layout, planning constraints, and installation issues;
- Perform various research, inspection, and control tasks of buildings, to ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and staff and to preserve facilities and property;
- Perform site visits, collect field data, and validate the conformity of plans and estimates according to applicable directives, codes, and regulations.

- Hold a college diploma (DEC) in building mechanics technology, Architecture, civil engineering, or any other relevant disciplines
- Be available to travel to our various facilities and possess a valid driver's license
- Have an approach that is kind and respectful towards vulnerable clients
- Communicate positively, work as a team, and have a concern for providing quality services
- Be familiar with laws, regulations, standards, codes, and practices related to the operation of buildings
