Reporting to the Director of Retail Operations, the Specialist, Service and Administration will cover the Estrie-Montérégie sector and have the following responsibilities:

Here’s where you’ll focus

  • Train and coach users on the systems and procedures of the service and administration department, whether in-store, in the office, or virtually;
  • Lead and coordinate store openings and the setup of the service and administration department;
  • Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders on the projects assigned to you, ensuring they are delivered on time;
  • Provide operational support to users;
  • Analyze the needs of the service department;
  • Analyze the needs of the administration department and identify improvement opportunities to bring innovative ideas;
  • Work closely with various departments to accomplish your tasks;
  • Develop, create, and facilitate training sessions;
  • Audit stores as needed.

What you bring to the table

  • College diploma combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a service manager in a store;
  • Experience in managing the service department or administration office;
  • Strong computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office suite);
  • Responsible and organized with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to simplify information for training purposes;
  • Ability to quickly learn new software (NCR, SGM, Radiant, SMS, and Kronos);
  • Strong adaptability to technological changes;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Ability to document training sessions (procedure guides);
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English (an asset);
  • This position involves travel and sleeping away 4 days a week (company vehicle provided).
