About CRI Agency

CRI Agency is looking for a coordinator to meet the needs of one of its major accounts in the food industry. The selected person will be employed by the agency but will work daily in close collaboration with the client's marketing team.

Main Functions

Reporting to the Brand Strategy, Creative Integration and Content Director, the successful candidate will support the marketing team and be responsible for coordinating the production of marketing communication tools, developing and executing marketing campaigns and the resulting internal communications, and contributing to the visibility and engagement of the developed and distributed content to strengthen the brand.

The person will ensure the consistency of the editorial strategy across all digital platforms of the banner.

In addition to planning, executing and optimizing the management of annual content calendars, the person will translate marketing and commercial priorities into relevant and engaging content for clients. The person will also work closely with the Social Media and Influence Specialist to ensure the consistency of content initiatives and monitor their performance according to established objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Advertising Campaigns

Assist the marketing team in handling ad hoc requests related to advertising campaigns.

Coordinate the production of 360-degree communication pieces resulting from campaigns across traditional, digital and internal company channels to maximize message impact.

Write internal communication tools and prepare presentations related to marketing activities.

Ensure the distribution and updating of advertising materials and communication tools across the company's various channels.

Ensure good communication and information sharing among the various internal teams involved in production tracking.

Schedule post-mortem meetings and write campaign reports.

Coordinate the use of campaign management tools across all teams (schedules, project plans, deployment plans, etc.).

Manage certain projects or advertising campaigns, from brief writing to post-mortem.

Perform, at the request of the immediate supervisor, any other related tasks.

Content Management and Production

Participate in the development of the editorial strategy and annual content pillars.

Develop, manage and coordinate the content calendar in conjunction with marketing campaigns, key moments, product launch priorities and the seasonality of products and messages for the various communication platforms of the banner.

Coordinate the development of various content in collaboration with the production partner, particularly for articles and recipes.

Write and optimize the content of destination pages (landing pages), campaigns and department and product pages.

Collaborate with internal teams (Studio, Circulaire, Creative Integration, Loyalty and Merchandising) and external content production agencies to communicate business needs and validate information necessary for content development.

Stay up-to-date with food trends and news, as well as trends in health and natural nutrition, to feed strategic content briefs.

Requirements

University degree in marketing, communication or a related discipline.

Three years of experience in coordinating marketing communication projects (experience in an agency is an asset).

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Knowledge of digital platforms (an asset).

Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
