The Direction of the Innovation and Knowledge Management Center (DCGIC) is part of the Sub-ministry of Engineering and Infrastructure (SMII) of the Ministry of Transportation and Sustainable Mobility (MTMD).

The research and knowledge transfer sector coordinates and funds research to enable the development of new scientific knowledge that stimulates innovation at the Ministry.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Creating purchase requests and participating in the preparation of purchase orders for research projects, grants, and contributions;
  • Contributing to payment processing, client and partner invoice management, and tracking payments related to research project deliverables and financial aid;
  • Collecting information and financial data for updating research project, grant, and contribution dashboards;
  • Collaborating on contribution processing and tracking as needed;
  • Developing and updating databases, as well as contributing to the preparation of the monthly financial situation report;
  • Providing administrative and technical support to the research funding advisor.

The minimum hourly rate is $23.01, and a 6.5% surcharge is added to this rate to compensate for certain social benefits.

The salary scale will be determined at hiring based on the candidate's experience.
