In this role as a Security Agents Supervisor at Desjardins Lévis, you will be responsible for supervising physical security operations across multiple sites, leading and mentoring security teams, coordinating with the client, and monitoring various operational processes. You will play a key role in personnel management, continuous improvement of operations, and maintaining the highest standards of security.

Responsibilities of the Security Agents Supervisor

• Supervise physical security operations across various sites under your responsibility.
• Lead, mentor, and support security agent teams.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Serve as the primary operational contact point for the client.
• Participate in incident interventions requiring your involvement and communicate with the chain of command.
• Schedule shifts and ensure operational needs are met by qualified and trained agents.
• Track mandatory training, certifications, and required licenses.
• Manage administrative aspects of employees (files, payroll, access, performance evaluations).
• Produce operational reports, incident analyses, and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in client meetings, emergency exercises, and risk analyses.
• Ensure compliance with physical security procedures and health and safety standards.
• Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications of the Security Agents Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid BSP permit.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in security.
• Have experience in team management (minimum 15 employees).
• Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license.
• First aid certification (an asset).
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to the anglophone clientele served.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
