Working in the field of senior residences, the new Lokia Group residence, Les Jardins Lebourgneuf, aims to offer superior quality of life in a warm, respectful and stimulating environment while maintaining autonomy. We are currently seeking applications for the position of: Full-time Pastry Chef *If you know how to bring smiles and understanding to the elderly, you will be happy in our living environment.*

• You are respectful and enjoy working with the elderly;

• You are attentive to the needs of the elderly and it is important to you to meet their expectations;
• You are recognized for being positive and capable of easily building relationships;

YOUR TALENTS AND SKILLS ALLOW YOU TO

• Prepare desserts and set up food, garnishes and sauces required for high-volume production;
• Get involved in menu development as needed;
• Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean and safe at all times according to the residence's safety standards;
• Participate in receiving goods as needed;
• Perform all other related tasks;

YOU HOLD THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• High school diploma;
• Professional studies diploma in culinary arts or pastry (important asset);
• Food handler certification - Food Hygiene and Sanitation;
• Experience working in a senior residence (important asset);
