As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Copilot AI and Power Platform Consultant to join us to create innovative technological solutions that will shape the future of modern work for our clients. About the Position

As a Copilot AI and Power Platform Consultant, you will join the Enterprise Applications team and be responsible for translating client needs into AI solutions within our Professional Services practice. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in a client environment and easily interacts with business users and IT resources. Experience in creating solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform is required for this position. Experience as a full-stack developer is a major asset.

Location: Vancouver (B.C.)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Work Mode: Remote

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with client stakeholders, internal resources, and even Microsoft to identify, define, and prioritize AI-focused use cases, translating business needs into Copilot-based solutions and agents delivering measurable results
• Develop agents using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and custom connectors
• Create functional workflows for agents leveraging Copilot Studio, Agent Flow, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services to automate business processes and increase user productivity
• Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Copilot agents, with a strong emphasis on:
• + Agent architecture and intent modeling
• + Multi-agent orchestration
• + Agent workflows and autonomous task execution
• Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Work IQ for AI agent creation
• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements, Microsoft's AI and Power Platform roadmap, updates, and relevant technologies

Design and Development of Copilot Studio Agents, Including

• Trigger phrases and conversational flow design
• Agent workflows and task orchestration
• Content-anchored generative responses
• Design and development of M365 solutions on Power Platform
• Use of adaptive cards and enriched responses
• Integration and validation of custom connectors
• Multi-channel deployment (Teams, Web, Embedded)
