Role Overview
- Client-facing, hybrid mandate
- 37.5h/week
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the organization's technological needs and evaluate the impacts of changes to propose high-performance, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
- Install, configure, administer, and evolve the platforms, tools, and processes supporting development, testing, and production environments.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the deployment, integration, and implementation of new technological solutions, applications, or components.
- Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of environments by monitoring systems, maintaining automated scripts and processes, and managing user accounts and access.
- Diagnose technical incidents and problems, identify root causes, implement appropriate fixes, and follow up until resolution.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to optimize processes, enhance automation, and promote continuous improvement of technological environments.
- Write, maintain, and update technical documentation, operational procedures, best practice guides, and development standards to ensure knowledge transfer and solution sustainability.
- Serve as an advisory role to teams by recommending technological improvements, best practices, and guidance that promote system reliability, security, and evolution.
Skills and Qualifications
- Recognized degree in information technology
- Demonstrated experience in a Windows environment
- Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong knowledge of Azure
- Experience working in an Agile environment
