Verres DV is a growing Quebec-based company specializing in the distribution of glass railing systems, glass pool fencing, architectural hardware, and products for the industry professionals.

Recognized for the quality of our products and service, we are expanding and are looking for an Operations Manager who will play a key role in our growth.

We are seeking a leader who will take charge of the daily operations of the warehouse, develop their team, and optimize our processes to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
• Plan receptions, shipments, and production priorities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and procedure compliance.
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and shipped on time.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement concrete solutions.
• Collaborate closely with sales, purchasing, and customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment.
• Track performance indicators and contribute to continuous operations improvement.
• Desired Profile
• Experience in warehouse management, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience in team management.
• Positive leadership, ability to motivate and make decisions.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good proficiency in computer tools and an ERP (a significant asset).
• Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Valid driver's license.
