• Receive customers (take calls and orders at the counter)
• Identify their needs and suggest products
• Offer advisory and sales service
• Find the requested products in our inventory or with our suppliers
• Prepare the purchase order and/or invoice
• Follow up on completed orders
• Promote our website

Knowledge of hardware and tooling products is an asset.

This position can also be described as an internal salesperson and/or sales advisor
