Sales Advisor

Première Moisson is looking for several Sales Advisors located 20 minutes north of Quebec. If you enjoy customer service, bakery and pastry products, and want to join a large family of passionate individuals, this position is for you!

Your main responsibilities will include

• Welcome the customer (visual and verbal contact) as quickly as possible
• Serve the customer efficiently and dynamically
• Guide the customer in their choices with professionalism by presenting products tailored to their needs and expectations
• Inform the customer about new products in the store and/or ongoing promotions, if applicable
• Suggest complementary products to the customer's purchases
• Listen to and relay customer feedback to your immediate supervisor
• Ensure the quality and freshness of the products sold
• Participate in the opening and/or closing of various departments
• Operate equipment safely and maintain them
• Ensure the cleanliness of your counter and work area
• Perform visual presentation of sales spaces

Required Skills
