Event Room Technician

Description of the Role

The Operations team is responsible for delivering events that exceed our clients' expectations.

The Event Room Technician is responsible for setting up and dismantling meeting rooms and banquet halls according to their use, client requirements, and established standards. They must also ensure that clients are not lacking anything during events and address any technical issues as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up rooms according to client requirements and established standards before events
• Provide customer service by responding to various requests (general and technical)
• Anticipate clients' needs and ensure their satisfaction
• Dismantle and clean rooms after an event
• Ensure that the premises are clean and safe at all times
• QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• (Have an ease in problem-solving for the technical and job aspects)
• Good oral French proficiency
• Good physical condition
• Concern for customer service and being helpful
• Speed of execution and resourcefulness
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Compensation: $16.85 to $23.84 per hour
