In the Quality team, the Quality Agent is responsible for inspecting machined parts to ensure the maintenance of quality standards, as well as the compliance with all initial and revised specifications of plans and drawings. Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proactive, autonomous, and meticulous;
  • Ability to function in a changing environment and work as a team;

  • Ability to handle the pressure due to the workload in inspection.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections using measuring tools according to established procedures for all machined parts coming from internal, subcontractors, and suppliers;
  • Conduct final inspections and first article inspections (FAI);
  • Record and address any deviations from specifications and tolerances (non-conformity);
  • Complete inspection reports and part inspection forms (AS9100 standard) and ensure all documents (certificates, etc.) are obtained;
  • Verify the calibration of tools in production;
  • Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments;
  • Ensure collaboration and communication with other departments;
  • Participate in process improvement projects;
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area;
  • Perform any other tasks as requested by the manager.
