The Warehouse Associate is responsible for coordinating the movement of materials, finished products, and supplies within the facility. Specific Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments (raw materials, paper, ink, etc.) and verify the accuracy of shipping documents.
  • Inspect received goods for damage or quality issues and report discrepancies. Report if the cleanliness of the truck does not meet standards.
  • Accurately record inventory movements using internal systems (ERP software).
  • Prepare outgoing shipments of finished printed documents.
  • Coordinate with factories to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shipping and receiving areas.
  • Work closely with various teams to meet tight shipping deadlines.
  • Track delivery issues as needed.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment following training certification.
  • Assist in performing regular inventories and cycle counts.
  • Perform other related tasks and assignments to support the success of the division.
  • Change oil boxes and collect empty pallets.
