Your Role
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, the Maintenance Technician ensures the proper functioning, preventive maintenance, and safety of the hotel's facilities. The person holding the position works closely with the various departments to provide a safe, functional, and compliant environment with the company's quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work according to established schedules.
- Carry out various repairs related to the building, equipment, and hotel installations.
- Conduct regular inspections to detect any anomalies or failures.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from various departments and guests.
- Ensure the safety of the building and act as the first responder in emergency situations.
- Set up banquet rooms.
- Keep technical spaces and equipment clean, safe, and functional.
- Comply with health and safety at work standards and company standards.
- Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements
- Diploma in building maintenance or a related field (an asset).
- Hospitality experience (an asset).
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position.
- General knowledge of plumbing, electricity, painting, and building maintenance.
- Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Good knowledge of English and French, both spoken and written.
