Co-Manager - Mirabel Outlet

We are looking for an experienced individual who loves both fashion and management to take charge of our new Mirabel Outlet.

As a manager, you will be responsible for the store: you will lead the team, track daily sales, and ensure the smooth operation of the business. You will play a versatile role, both in regular collections and discounted merchandise, and in managing the customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the team, be present on the floor, and ensure that every customer is well-served.
• Keep a close eye on sales and intervene quickly when something needs to be adjusted.
• Ensure that the store is always well-presented: clean, organized, and attractive (visuals, mannequins, tables, walls, etc.).
• Manage regular collections and outlet-specific discounted collections.
• Monitor inventories, limit losses, and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Provide feedback to your team, coach them daily, and support their development.
• Plan schedules, manage working hours, and ensure adequate coverage during busy periods.

Desired profile

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in team management or retail sales.
• Comfortable communicating, providing feedback, and handling delicate situations.
• Ability to motivate a team and set an example on the floor.
• Good sense of organization and priority management.
• Genuine interest in fashion and the product.
• Ability to read and understand sales reports.
• Comfortable with computer tools (cash register systems, inventory management, reports – for example: Excel, Business Central, Power BI).
