We are looking for a passionate fashion and sales enthusiast to join our team as a part-time 3rd Key Responsible Salesperson in Joliette.

Meet personal sales targets by providing attentive, dynamic, and friendly customer service. Adhere to the company's established visual presentation standards and merchandise care and maintenance norms. The 3rd Key Responsible is responsible for store operations in the absence of the manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for opening and closing the store according to established procedures;
• Build customer loyalty by ensuring customer service meets company standards;
• Implement the company's established customer service methods;
• Meet established sales and productivity targets;
• Contribute to the collective effort through personal sales and support;
• Ensure merchandise presentation adheres to established guidelines;
• Ensure merchandise care and maintenance norms are followed;
• Continuously adhere to internal rules and policies to prevent losses;
• Reflect the company's brand image by wearing a neat and professional outfit in line with the company's dress code;
• Operate the cash register if requested.
