We are looking for a Customer Service Agent, based at Renaud-Bray Plaza St-Hubert.

Reporting to the Assistant Director and the Customer Service Coordinator, you will work near Beaubien Metro on Saint-Hubert Street with a variable schedule.

Your responsibilities will include

• Ensuring that customers receive quality service over the phone and by email;
• Conducting research to find solutions to problems encountered by customers and assisting the management in handling complaints;
• Opening and following up on customer accounts and files (applying discounts, changing addresses, etc.);
• Finding solutions to problems encountered by customers and assisting the management in handling complaints;
• Assisting account managers and soliciting potential customers to develop the customer base and increase sales.

Qualifications

• Hold a college diploma;
• 1 year of experience in customer service (in-store, over the phone, or at the cash register);
• Knowledge of office software;
• Be well-organized and able to work in a team;
• Good knowledge of French (spoken and written) and functional English.
