This position is responsible for collecting, structuring, and analyzing data to produce relevant and actionable information that optimizes marketing initiatives. This includes designing and managing data collection and analysis solutions (e.g., dashboards and presentations), as well as analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives and their impact on engagement, conversion, and user retention.

What You Will Do

  • Translate business questions and concerns from stakeholders into analytics projects.
  • Communicate performance-related results and guide optimization decisions with stakeholders.
  • Perform data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting to identify trends and opportunities across different channels, audience segments, and player segments.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis from various data sources.
  • Create and share data and insights using analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications What You Bring

  • Ability to analyze raw data, draw relevant conclusions, and formulate concrete and actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to present qualitative and quantitative research results in a clear, convincing, and accessible manner.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with SQL for extracting and transforming data from relational databases.
  • Experience with Python for statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
