As a sales associate, your role is at the heart of creating a memorable customer experience. With your warm welcome, attentive listening, and product knowledge, you guide each customer in creating a space that reflects their personality. This involves collaborating with the team to ensure the merchandise is presented well and operations run smoothly, contributing to a pleasant, efficient, and inspiring sales environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAILY

• Offer a warm welcome and personalized service to each customer, understanding their needs and advising them professionally.
• Actively contribute to meeting sales targets by applying recommended sales and loyalty techniques.
• Participate in the store's daily operations: cash handling, receiving merchandise, and shelving.
• Ensure products are presented well and the sales floor is restocked according to established visual standards.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, organized, and customer-focused work environment.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in customer service or retail sales (an asset).
• Excellent communication skills and ease with customers.
• Dynamism, team spirit, and positive attitude.
• Autonomy, diligence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

YOUR WORK CONDITIONS

• Permanent part-time position (15 to 25 hours per week).
• Variable hours depending on the store's operational needs.
• Availability required for evening and weekend shifts.
• Prolonged standing and handling of merchandise.
• Regular handling of loads up to 25lb and occasionally up to 75lb.
• Frequent physical movements: bending, stretching, climbing ladders or stairs for merchandise setup and customer service.
• Possibility of busier periods (sales, holidays, season changes).
