To achieve this, we are looking to welcome our first AI Scientist who will be responsible for structuring, developing, and promoting this discipline within the company.
This role combines vision, technical leadership, and execution capabilities. It is aimed at a talent who can build the foundations of a practice while guiding teams towards a concrete and lasting integration of AI in our projects.
Your daily tasks will look like this:
Contribute to structuring the AI practice
- Contribute to defining the methodology, tools, governance, and training needed to frame our AI projects.
- Contribute to establishing quality, security, and ethics standards specific to the practice.
- Actively participate in the AI guild to create a clear and lasting framework.
Train and grow the team
- Assess the current skills of developers and project managers.
- Create a skill development plan (training, workshops, seminars, coaching).
- Establish a true AI and data culture internally and measure it.
Contribute to client projects through AI
- Collaborate with client teams to identify opportunities where AI can generate real value.
- Participate in the development and integration of AI models into concrete solutions (data preparation, training, monitoring).
- Design demonstrators and proofs of concept illustrating the impact of AI on client issues.
Contribute to the promotion and business development
- Support the business engineering team in evaluating AI opportunities.
- Collaborate on the preparation of grant applications and the structuring of commercial AI offers.
- Support marketing by sharing your expertise and guiding clients in understanding the value of AI.

- Relevant experience in artificial intelligence, data science, or applied machine learning.
- Good understanding of software development and technological project management practices.
- Ability to popularize, train, and mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset.
- Influential leadership: you can advance projects without having a direct hierarchical role.
- Technological curiosity and scientific rigor.
