Deburring Technician

Under the supervision of the department head, the deburring technician is responsible for performing deburring activities on highly complex parts (engine components) using specialized precision tools, following established and client-mandated quality procedures.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manually deburr by performing delicate and meticulous handling of parts;
- Inspect complex parts using precision optical instruments;
- Clean parts after deburring using metal cleaning equipment (e.g., sandblasting equipment, wire brushes, etc.);
- Participate in the development of operation details and deburring procedures;
- Clean work areas and equipment used in the course of duties;
- Perform various tasks and minor jobs related to the machining or finishing department;
- Participate in the training and integration of newly hired employees into their positions;
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and always seek to improve work methods and practices within the department.
Conditions
- Salary: Between $20.21 to $30.31 per hour, depending on the candidate's or candidate's experience and skills.
- Work location: 447 Rte 202 O, Hemmingford Quebec J0L 1H0
- Working hours: Day
- Work mode: On-site
