We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale global digital transformation initiatives, primarily focused on ERP, SAP, CRM, and business applications. In this role, you will oversee complex, multidisciplinary programs, from strategy to implementation, collaborating closely with business and technology teams to deliver solutions that create tangible value for the company.

You will work closely with executives, product teams, solution architects, engineering teams, and global delivery teams to ensure the success of enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong expertise in technology program management, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex programs within large, international organizations.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary enterprise technology programs involving ERP, SAP, CRM, and other critical business applications.
• Develop and implement integrated program plans, ensuring the management of scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, including integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, engineering managers, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure the success of initiatives.
• Drive transformation programs across areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, sales, and customer service.
• Establish effective program governance, track portfolio performance, and present recommendations and reports to senior leadership.
• Facilitate executive committees and make strategic decisions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Deliver programs using Agile, hybrid, or traditional methodologies, while promoting continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Build trust with executives, vendors, and global teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Manage partnerships with key vendors and coordinate global delivery teams to ensure quality delivery, on schedule, and within budget.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field (Master's or MBA considered an asset).
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in program and portfolio management within large organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering enterprise transformation programs involving ERP, SAP, and CRM solutions.
• Experience collaborating with executives and business partners in North America.
• Proven experience in managing globally distributed delivery teams across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, APIs, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
• Experience in delivering programs using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, hybrid, and traditional methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-million-dollar programs with multiple workstreams.
• PMP certification is an asset.
