I - POSITION OVERVIEW

Under the responsibility of the Director of Digital, the Digital Manager, IT Infrastructure Operations and Secure Management (Multi-Sites) plays a key role in the good governance of AUF's digital systems. As a strategic, technical, and relational pivot, he/she manages in a hybrid mode (internal realization and oversight of contractors) the deployment projects of Microsoft products in collaboration with the RSSI, administrators, technicians, and management staff of the helpdesk. He/she animates the AUF's digital relay network and acts as the guarantor of the reliability, documentation, operational condition maintenance, and security of the IT infrastructure.

II - MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management, Deployment of Applications

• Lead/collaborate with all stakeholders to successfully complete IT projects
• Develop, lead, and co-create Microsoft management and security tool deployment projects for the IT infrastructure. Participate in delivery by performing tests and simulations to ensure system reliability
• Supervise technical subcontracting: write specifications for the most complex aspects of projects, mentor selected external contractors, and rigorously control the quality of their deliverables
• Ensure knowledge transfer: receive configurations from external consultants and ensure their internalization to maintain the organization's full autonomy
• Support the generalization and appropriation of *POCs* (proof of concept)
• Manage change: accompany technological transition with users and technical teams

Multi-Site Coordination and IT Infrastructure Management

• Lead inventory, mapping, and formalization of exploitation processes, especially for asset management. Optimize processes considering the impact of time zones in the coordination of exploitation and maintenance activities
• Animate the AUF's digital relay network: structure and functionally animate the digital relay network to harmonize IT infrastructure management across all AUF geographical locations

Documentation and Quality Approach

• Write exploitation directives and procedures: design maintenance guides and IT infrastructure procedures specifically for local managers to standardize operational condition maintenance (MCO)
• Create technical tutorials: produce practical guides and FAQs for technicians and users' autonomy
• Measure quality: define performance indicators (KPIs), conduct IT infrastructure compliance audits, and produce regular TI activity reports for management

Exploitation and Support

• Support the helpdesk: deliver procedures and document FAQs for the 1st line and levels 1 and 2 support related to the IT infrastructure and Microsoft technologies. Participate in the management of complex level 3 incidents related to the IT infrastructure and Microsoft technologies
• Ensure technological watch: continuously propose adaptation, improvement, and innovation solutions to optimize the user experience
• III - REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCES

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or any relevant field

Experience

• At least five (5) years of professional experience in IT, specifically in the administration and exploitation of information systems
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 environment, system security, and asset management
• Experience in an international, multi-site, and multicultural context
• Solid experience with ITIL frameworks and project management (Agile, PMP)

Competences

• Expertise in Microsoft products and security: good technical understanding of Intune (MDM/MAM), Entra ID, Defender for Office (MDO), Defender for Endpoint (EDR), BitLocker, and LAPS
• Skill in tracking external consultants, mounting and managing IT projects, defining IT deliverables, and controlling service level agreement (SLA) indicators
• Strong capacity in planning, priority management, IT problem diagnosis, and resolution
• Strong capacity to write clear, structured, and rigorous procedures, tutorials, and reports
• Capacity to "get hands-on" to resolve urgent issues while knowing how to step back to lead an external firm
• Skill to mobilize, federate, and enforce strict rules at a distance to teams without direct hierarchical links
• Contractual and organizational rigor: capacity to challenge experts and project stakeholders while remaining aligned with budgets and deadlines
• Mastery of the French language, both written and spoken
• Ability to read technical documentation in English
