CNC Operator

As a CNC Operator, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing performance. Under the supervision of the foreman, you will ensure efficient production in line with Muraflex's rigorous standards. This key role requires a proactive individual capable of critically analyzing plans and collaborating closely with the technical team to bring our projects to life.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust CNC machines with precision according to production priorities.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, and have the reflex to challenge the team in case of inconsistencies.
• Build a strong trust relationship daily between the programmer, technical team, and field team to optimize processes.
• Place health and safety at work (SST) at the core of your priorities by strictly adhering to safety norms and good manufacturing practices.
• Perform quality control of the produced parts and report any anomalies.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the workshop to optimize efficiency and reduce losses.

Job Requirements

• DEP in machining, AEC in CNC, or any equivalent training.
• Solid and relevant experience in machining and CNC machine operation.
• Strong SST orientation: exemplary behavior in safety and locking.
• Excellent skill in reading plans and ability to propose constructive improvements.
• Willingness to learn and a strong desire to grow professionally with the company.
• Sense of organization, diligence, team spirit, and autonomy.
• Functional knowledge of French (oral and written), English is not a requirement for the position.
