National Manager, Sleep Therapy and Diagnostics (Full-time)

The National Director of Sleep, Treatments and Diagnostics will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, quality management, and financial success of Linde's national sleep disorder diagnostic program, which includes sleep labs, home sleep studies, and sleep disorder treatments. The individual in this role will be accountable for providing high-quality, patient-centered diagnostic services, achieving revenue and profit margin goals, regulatory compliance, accreditation preparation, and the development of integrated care pathways from diagnosis to treatment.
The incumbent will oversee the operational and clinical supervision of Linde's sleep disorder diagnostic and sleep therapy services across Canada, fostering partnerships

- In this role, you will lead all activities related to sleep disorder diagnosis, overseeing staff, facilities, equipment, technology, and financial resources to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to improve diagnostic capacity, patient access, patient flow management, and overall performance across all sleep labs
- One of the key priorities will be to lead continuous improvement initiatives, drive operational transformations, and implement innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes, service quality, and organizational sustainability
- You will lead quality assurance, accreditation, and compliance activities, ensuring all sleep labs meet regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices
- This role involves establishing strong partnerships with physicians, medical directors, prescribers, and healthcare stakeholders to promote clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and positive patient outcomes
- You will be responsible for developing the national sleep disorder diagnostic strategy, identifying growth opportunities, evaluating new technologies, and leveraging data and analytics to improve care delivery and business performance
- The full responsibility for the "Sleep Diagnostics and Treatments" activity is a key element of this role, including profit and loss management, budget control, key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, and the development of strategies to improve profitability, productivity, and long-term viability
- As the human resources lead, you will oversee staff planning, recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and employee development, fostering a performance-driven and patient-centered corporate culture
- You will lead therapeutic programs related to sleep and product portfolios, including platforms to promote CPAP treatment adherence, product launches, procurement activities, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives
- This role also involves overseeing diagnostic technologies and infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, technical support, business continuity, and effective use of information technology and data analytics to improve both operational performance and patient experience
What makes you a strong candidate
- This role is particularly suited for an individual with a bachelor's degree; a professional title of "Registered Respiratory Therapist" (RRT) or "Registered Polysomnography Technician" (RPSGT) is notably an asset
- Strong experience in the industry, ideally more than 10 years in sleep disorder diagnosis and treatment, with excellent knowledge of clinical and operational best practices
- Proven experience in leadership roles in sleep disorder diagnosis, sleep labs, respiratory care, or other healthcare-related activities will allow you to exert your influence immediately
- This role requires experience in leading change and organizational transformation initiatives, as well as proven success in implementing such initiatives and continuous improvement
- Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring policies, procedures, and best practice standards to ensure care quality and operational excellence
- Essential: strong knowledge of products, services, and technologies related to sleep disorder diagnosis and treatment to support clinical and commercial objectives
- To succeed in this role, you must have a keen sense of business, including the ability to drive profitability, operational efficiency, outcome excellence, and sustainable growth
- Demonstrate excellence in relationship-building and stakeholder engagement, with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across all levels of the organization
- This role requires a responsible individual with a highly analytical mindset and a strong attention to detail, capable of solving complex problems, managing multiple priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- You will be comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with various teams and divisions, and you will bring strong knowledge of sleep lab systems, diagnostic software, servers, and associated health technologies

Replacement position with an annual salary starting from $107,520, based on experience.
