At the Dolbeau plant, we are proud of our 170 employees. Our paper machine, with an annual production capacity of 144,000 metric tons, produces various types of paper (newspaper, circulars, books, high-brightness paper, thin paper, etc.) from 100% wood chip thermomechanical pulp. We also have a biomass thermal power plant that generates an average of 25 megawatts per day, enough to power approximately 12,500 households.

Our facility is looking for qualified individuals to fill a permanent full-time position as a Mobile Equipment Operator - Journalier Cour - équipements mobiles.

Your challenges

• Operating mobile equipment in various departments
• Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the plant sectors
• Maintaining product quality in accordance with our standards and customer requirements
• Complying with our health, safety, environment, and ISO 14001 standards

Your skills

• Your commitment to safety is recognized
• You are interested in the industrial environment
• You enjoy working in a team and have good integration skills
• You are resourceful

Your profile

• You have completed a DES, DEP, or TDG
• You have experience in the industrial or pulp and paper industry (an asset)
• You are willing to work 12-hour shifts, nights, and weekends on a rotating basis
• You possess a valid driver's license (required for work - use of company vehicle)

• A base salary of $31.56 per hour
• A performance bonus of up to $2,000 per year
• A shift premium of $0.60 per hour in the evening and $0.80 per hour at night
