What will you contribute to the team?

• Leader, Logistics and Procurement, Urgent Parts Saint-Laurent
• In your role, you will be called upon to:
• Mobilize a team of engaged employees focused on delivering parts to support our in-service aircraft, assembly lines, manufacturing sites, and external customers.
• Assume all human resources management responsibilities for the team, as well as the relationship with Tech Mahindra and their team supporting us.
• Ensure compliance of logistics and procurement processes, as well as employee training in accordance with Bombardier's quality system.
• Foster a culture of excellence in support of production.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators related to purchases and inventory.
• Clarify team roles and responsibilities with stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics and procurement activities with internal functions of Bombardier.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the deployment of our Operational Excellence system.
• Coach your team to develop talent within the organization.
• Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices within the organization.

How will you thrive in this role?

• As an ideal candidate,
• You have experience in planning and master the concepts of an ERP system.
• You hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, logistics, or a college diploma combined with more than five (5) years of experience in logistics or procurement teams.
• You have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in team management in this field.
• You possess excellent management skills.
• You have good judgment, are results-oriented, capable of working with minimal supervision, and comfortable with tight delivery deadlines.
• You have exceptional flexibility and enjoy non-repetitive work.
• You are recognized for your leadership, communication, and coaching skills, as well as your ability to mobilize a broad team.
• You are bilingual (English and French) both written and oral.
• Experience in project management would be an asset.
