Full-Time Baker

Are you passionate about artisanal baking and love working with quality products? We are looking for an experienced baker to join our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation of artisanal doughs with sourdough starter
• Management of long fermentations (up to 48 hours of fermentation)
• Shaping of breads and pastries
• Rolling and production of pastries
• Production of pizzas, focaccias and other savory products
• Participation in the development of new products and recipes
• Contribution to innovation and improvement of our food offer
• Baking of products
• Compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Maintenance and cleaning of the work area
