Take care of our residents by:
- Interacting with our residents to provide them with hygiene and comfort care.
- Assisting them in daily living activities and ensuring their safety.
- Contributing to creating a warm and family-like environment by participating in activities and animations.
- Working closely with the healthcare and hotel staff to provide our residents with optimal care.

Skills and requirements sought
We are primarily looking for a passionate, warm person who loves taking care of residents and has a developed sense of empathy.
You must have completed one of the following programs:
- Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in person assistance in a healthcare facility, OR a DEP in person assistance at home OR auxiliary in health and social services OR an AEP in person assistance in a healthcare facility;
- OR
- Have relevant experience as a PAB with the elderly** (2 years CHSLD) and have passed their PDSP and RCR courses.
NB: Any diploma obtained abroad must have undergone a Comparative Evaluation of Studies Completed Outside Quebec by the Ministry of Immigration, Francization, and Integration. Please include the evaluation result in your CV; otherwise, your application may not be considered.
