This process aims to fill 1 position (85889) for a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension. It may also be used to fill other positions of the same job or the same family of jobs with a similar profile sought, within the Human Resources Department.

Within the Work Relations and Disability Management Department, the Division offers different business units (services and boroughs) high-level expertise and support in disability management.
Your Mandate
Under the responsibility of the Head of Division - Disability Management, your main role is to ensure the follow-up of employees' absence files following a work accident, occupational disease, or personal disability, in collaboration with a team of disability management advisors. More specifically, you must:
- Ensure the follow-up of occupational injury and disability absence files, both administratively and legally.
- Analyze files, assess actions to be taken, and establish action plans.
- Actively participate in finding solutions to ensure the timely and durable reintegration of staff.
- Provide disability management support to managers and human resources interveners.
- Prepare contestation files.
- Intervene with the CNESST, doctors, and insurers.
- Communicate regularly with staff, managers, and other interveners in the files.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, human resources management, administration (human resources concentration), or any other relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in disability management, and specifically in occupational injury files
- Knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Prevention Regulations, as well as the various regulations on health and safety at work
- Knowledge of the medical arbitration process, contestations, and the functioning of the retrospective regime
These requirements may be adjusted as needed.
