Job Details: Occasional position

Variable hours, including one weekend every two weeks.

Your main responsibilities: Provide daily care assistance with respect and kindness.

Respond quickly to calls and ensure a reassuring presence on the unit.

Prepare and serve meals, taking into account each person's preferences and particularities.

Keep the premises clean, safe, and welcoming.

Encourage residents' participation in life activities.

Assist residents with their movements and ensure their comfort.

What you bring

DEP in person assistance in a healthcare establishment or equivalent training recognized by the Ministry of Education.

Valid PDSP (ASSTSAS) and valid RCR/secourisme (CNESST).

Strong team spirit, loyalty, and sense of duty.

Patience, empathy, and willingness to accompany residents with gentleness.

Reliability, consistency, and respect for established routines.
