Responsibilities
- Collect data on adaptive capacities and difficulties of the user across various aspects of their life to identify needs and relevant interventions
- Establish the conditions necessary to create a meaningful, trusting, and partnership-based relationship with the user and their family
- Participate in the development of the interdisciplinary intervention plan in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Identify, detect, and assess the degree of suicidal act danger and homicide risk
- Participate in the organization and facilitation of individual or group activities as outlined in the programming to ensure the learning, acquisition, or maintenance of user skills
- Collaborate closely with the treatment team and all other professionals involved with the user
- Write reports, progress notes, and other required documents in compliance with professional and organizational standards

- College diploma (DEC) in specialized education techniques
- International and/or Non-Work Permit Candidates
