Could you be the full-time Senior Finance Project Manager, in St-Bruno-de-Montarville on the South Shore of Montreal, we’re looking for?

This position requires an on-site presence three days per week. To make your life easier, shuttle services are available between Montreal and the St-Bruno site!

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial leadership expertise in a dynamic and impactful field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a crucial role in shaping the financial success of high-criticality projects, ensuring optimal performance and supporting strategic decision-making. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Contract Managers, and other support functions), provide financial insights, and contribute to negotiation processes to secure project success.

You’ll specifically take care of financial performance management, compliance with financial regulations, and risk mitigation strategies, but also support operational teams with forecasting, reporting, and cash optimization.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Partnering with the Project Manager to drive the financial strategy and success of projects
  • Providing financial analysis, advice, and guidance to support decision-making
  • Optimizing financial aspects such as organization, tax, hedging, and financing
  • Ensuring compliance with financial rules and regulations throughout project execution
  • Monitoring and improving the financial performance of projects, including margin and cash flow
  • Contributing to contract and claim management, with a focus on financial risks and opportunities
  • Coaching and supporting junior Finance Project Managers
  • All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Project Manager or in a similar role
  • Experience or understanding of industrial environments; auditing or project operational background is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial performance management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and SAP
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an asset when working with international partners
  • Things you’ll enjoy
