Contract Type: Permanent A career as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in the Global Compensation team is more than just being a reference in compensation data processing and analysis. With your expertise in business intelligence, you play a key role in understanding business needs, prioritizing initiatives, and determining the most relevant and efficient solutions. You develop tools and approaches that accelerate and facilitate access to compensation data, while supporting your team and decision-makers in making informed and strategic decisions.
Your Role
- Understand the business needs related to compensation data, collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives, prioritize requests, and propose the most effective and sustainable solutions.
- Perform complex quantitative analyses on various components of global compensation to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Design and evolve reports, dashboards, and other automated solutions for the processing, automation, and sharing of compensation data, in collaboration with the EPH (Human Experience and Performance) Analytics team.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and optimization of compensation data processing, in collaboration with the EPH Analytics team.
- Be a reference in Power BI and all things related to the Well-being, Social Benefits, and Recognition team's data.
- Easily bridge the gap between technical and business language. Adapt your communication to your audience and be autonomous in constructing your presentations related to the results of your analyses or projects.
- Demonstrate leadership, proactivity, and autonomy in project and deliverable management.
- Your Team
Within the Human Experience and Performance sector, you are part of the global compensation team, consisting of approximately 45 colleagues, and report to the Senior Director of Analytical, Performance, and Compensation Governance. Within a team passionate about compensation and its data, you influence decision-makers through the analyses, tools, and solutions you develop in collaboration with various partners. Your focus, non-exclusive, is on the data of the Well-being, Social Benefits, and Recognition team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the industry and 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis OR any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- Experience or strong interest in the field of compensation
- Experience in human resources and with HRIS, desirable
- Expertise in data modeling, visualization, and analysis
- Competence in problem-solving and interpreting complex data
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and Power Query
- Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, and experience in the AWS environment, desirable
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps, desirable
- Ability to communicate data and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
